Terms of use for multimedia material

The Wyss Center images and motion pictures may on a non-exclusive basis be reproduced without fee, according to the conditions outlined below. All Wyss Center still and motion pictures are copyright protected on behalf of the Wyss Center and are released under the Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International License.

Conditions:

• The image credit must be clearly visible as the source of the image material;
• A link to wysscenter.ch should be included in the image credit;
• Wyss Center materials, images and videos may not be used to state or imply the endorsement by the Wyss Center of a commercial product, process or service;
• Wyss Center disclaims any and all liability arising from the use of the image material;
• If an image includes an identifiable person, using that image for commercial purposes may infringe that person’s right of privacy, and separate permission should be obtained from the individual.

Note that this general permission does not extend to use of the Wyss Center logo, which shall remain protected and may not be used or reproduced without prior and individual written consent of the Wyss Center. By reproducing Wyss Center still images or broadcasting or copying Wyss Center motion pictures, in part or in full, the user acknowledges the terms on which such use is permitted.
