Vasileios Patsourakos
Vasileios Patsourakos is a doctoral student in neuroscience at the University of Lausanne (UNIL). He holds a bachelor’s degree in biology from Oxford Brookes University and a master’s degree in neuroscience from the Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam and Sorbonne Medicine, where he worked on restoring vision for blind people.
He is currently affiliated with the Wyss Center for Bio and Neuroengineering, the NeuroRestore center, the CHUV (Lausanne University Hospital), and EPFL (Swiss Federal Institute of Technology Lausanne), where he conducts research on spasticity in paralyzed individuals, with the aim of improving their quality of life.
