Sophie Bogoyavlensky joined the Wyss Center as HR Manager in February 2022. She works closely with the Leadership team, scientists, engineers, clinicians and business innovators to support and coach them and their teams.

Sophie brings more than 20 years of HR professional experience in industrial and humanitarian environments.

Prior to joining the Wyss Center, she held various positions in different parts of the world for a large Swiss international organisation and worked as an HR Manager for a watch manufacture.

She graduated from the Ecole Hôtelière de Lausanne, prepared a Swiss HR certification and lately obtained her postgraduate Certificate of Advanced Studies (CAS) from the HEIG-VD in Corporate Mediation.
