Marion Kervarec

Marion Kervarec joined the Wyss Center for Bio and Neuroengineering in August 2026 as Human Resources Manager. She is responsible for all human resources related activities such as talent acquisition, engagement and retention, performance management and employee development. She collaborates with managers and employees to provide a workplace where everyone can thrive and perform at their best and ensures a positive, human experience during their employment.

Marion has over 15 years of experience as an HR Generalist working in recruitment, project management, performance management and organizational change. Marion has worked in different sectors, including logistics, IT, finance and health in France, the UK and Switzerland. She holds a bachelor’s degree in human resources management from Angers University and a Federal Diploma (Brevet fédéral) as an HR Specialist in Switzerland.

Before joining the Wyss Center, Marion was an HR Specialist at Unisanté, a university center for general medicine and public health.
