Frederic joined the Wyss Center in 2024 as an Embedded Software Engineer, contributing to the software development for medical devices. His responsibilities include writing requirements, coding software, managing risks, and conducting design verification.

Frederic has more than 23 years of experience in the medical device sector as a software and system engineer, working mainly on programmable intravenous delivery systems that interface with scanners and radiology information systems. Throughout his career, Frederic has worked on various software and system-level V-model tasks over the product development cycle, such as verification and validation, software coding, risk analysis, requirements specification, traceability, and feasibility.

Frederic holds a bachelor’s degree in electronics from the engineering school in the canton of Vaud (EIVD).
