Craig Cook joined the Wyss Center as Head of Business Development and Licensing in July 2023.His role is to identify and forge lasting partnerships and ventures with partners that will advance the mission of the Wyss Center and drive technologies and therapies from research into valuable clinical and commercial opportunities that can make significant and tangible impacts on patient’s lives and wellbeing.

Craig has a successful track record spanning 25 years in the pharmaceutical, biotech, and medtech sectors. His achievements include key appointments to CEO positions in publicly listed biotech companies in US, UK, and Europe in high impact areas, including neurodegenerative illnesses, CNS, mental health, and oncology. In addition he has assumed key roles at the C-level, board, and founder levels in multiple life science ventures in diagnostics, anesthesia, preventive medicine, and life science technology. Craig’s extensive track record complements the Wyss Center's commitment to neurological and mental health, strengthening its science and technology portfolio. 

Craig’s educational qualifications include an MD medical doctor, MBA in business, MSc in translational medicine, a DA in anesthesiology, and a BSc in pharmacology.
