Arnaud Herbert joined the Wyss Center in November 2020 as Wireless Systems Electrical Engineer. He works with the Science and Technology Development Team to develop innovative implantable medical devices.
Arnaud started his career in 1990 with Philips Semiconductors where he gained wide experience in industrial maintenance, product engineering, and microelectronic design. As a system and radio frequency (RF) application engineer, he oversaw the second level of support for International Asian, developing well-known brands in the TV domain. He also helped the R&D department to design products adapted to the customer’s needs and helped to integrate engineering solutions into consumer products.
Prior to joining the Wyss Center, Arnaud worked for Hach Company where he developed electronic RF designs for controllers intended for mass production with complete worldwide compliance certification.
Arnaud holds a master’s degree in electronic engineering from INSA, France. He has published three patents in electronic RF communication.
