Aldonza Gübeli

Aldonza Gübeli is Senior Director Communications and Strategy at the Wyss Center for Bio and Neuroengineering. She joined the Center in June 2024, bringing nearly two decades of experience and a deep commitment to impactful communication. She has a proven track record in the medical diagnostics industry, where she successfully led marketing and branding initiatives across 16 countries, including Europe, the Middle East, and Latin America, creating a cohesive and recognizable brand presence.

In addition to her communications and branding background, Aldonza has contributed to operational improvements through Lean projects in international companies across San Diego, Las Vegas, and Los Angeles. She is known for her ability to inspire collaboration among cross-functional teams and engage stakeholders with innovative communication strategies. Aldonza’s diverse background, including her work in Private Equity and global corporations, reflects her creativity and strategic thinking.

She holds a Bachelor’s degree from San Diego State University and a Research Master’s degree from the University of Geneva, where she was published as a university press author.
