Maria ensures the day-to-day running of the office and supports the team in a wide range of tasks from events to HR.
Maria is the main point of contact for the Wyss Center team regarding office and administration management. She is responsible for organizing and coordinating office administration and procedures to ensure organizational effectiveness, efficiency, and safety.
As part of her role, Maria supports the HR manager in the recruitment process, onboarding and tracking of HR metrics.
Maria is also involved in the planning and organization of in-house and off-site events including conferences, celebrations and team building.
Before joining the Wyss Center, Maria worked in facility and building management. Prior to that she was part of the customer support section of a large multinational organization for more than ten years.
